• Where are our products made?

Every piece is thoughtfully designed and crafted in our family-owned studio in ON, Canada. What started as a husband-and-wife passion project has grown into a family adventure, with our children inspiring many of the playful creations we make today.

• What material do we use?

Our 3D printed products are made from high-quality PLA. PLA is a biodegradable and non-toxic material made from renewable resources such as cornstarch or sugarcane.

• Are the products safe for children?

Our little creations are designed primarily for older children and adults (ages 10+). While
they are durable, they are not intended as toys for toddlers and should not be chewed on.

• How should I care for my product?

Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight or extreme heat, as this can warp the
material. Dust gently with a soft cloth or a small brush when needed.

• When will my order ship?

Your order will be packed and shipped within 2-3 business days after your order is
confirmed!

• Where will my order ship from?

All orders will be shipped from Ontario, Canada.

• How long does it take for an order to be delivered?

Delivery times may vary depending on the destination. For shipments to North America,
the estimated delivery time is 2-10 business days. For shipments to most countries in

Europe and Asia, they usually take about 2-3 weeks. Please note that these timeframes
are estimates, and we cannot guarantee delivery times due to factors beyond our control.

• How much does shipping cost?

For shipping within North America, we charge a flat rate shipping fee. For destinations
outside North America, shipping costs will vary based on the location and will be
calculated at checkout. If you are in Europe, VAT and processing fees may apply upon
delivery. (except UK)

• Can I change, update or cancel my order?

Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to make changes or cancel an order.
Please make sure to verify your information is correct before placing your order or
contact us as soon as possible if you would like to make changes to your order.

• Am I able to return or exchange my purchase?

We want you to love your purchase! If you're not completely satisfied, we're happy to
accept returns within 15 days of delivery.

Please contact us by filling out the contact form to request the return address. Be sure to
include your order number in your message.

Return Requirements

• Items must be unused and in their original condition.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
• Please include your name and order number inside the return package to ensure smooth processing.

Refunds

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Non-Refundable Items

Custom or personalized orders are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We'll gladly arrange a replacement or issue a refund.
